At St John’s, we believe that every human is made in the image of God and worthy of love and respect. We believe that all of us have become so distracted that we have lost touch with the deeper meaning of what it is to be human. What it is to be seen, known and loved. In search of our true humanity we believe that Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life.
Through the Bible we uphold the truth of who God is, the history of humanity’s faliures, and the gift of God’s love in and through Jesus Christ to restore humanity into right relationship with God, self, others and creation.
We are an imperfect community seeking God in the ordianry moments of our lives.
Join us weekly as we meet to be refreshed, challenged, encouraged and restored.

With almost two centuries of faith, we have had a spot on the hill for generations.
I love this Church! I was baptised here, married here, and baptised our children here. Every week is a beautiful reminder that we are surrounded by “such a cloud of witnesses” we have faith because people here took the time to grow our faith, introduce us to Jesus, and lead us to be more like Jesus
